Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of pressure resistance testing devices, particularly to a coal mine single hydraulic prop pressure resistance testing device, which comprises a top rod, astand column, a rope tying column, a stop rod, an anti-skid seat and a bottom rod, wherein the top rod is fixed to the upper end of the stand column, the stop rod is fixed to the middle of the stand column, the bottom rod is fixed to the lower end of the stand column, the rope tying column is fixed to the stop rod, and the anti-skid seat is fixed to the bottom rod. According to the invention, thebottom end of the single hydraulic prop needing to be subjected to pressure measurement is placed in the anti-skid seat, the top end of the single hydraulic prop is clamped on the top rod after beinglifted, then a pressure resistance test is carried out, and a stable and firm frame platform is provided for the pressure resistance test of the single hydraulic prop for the coal mine through the arranged components such as the top rod, the stand column, the bottom rod and the like; through the arranged top rod, the single hydraulic prop is clamped on the top rod in the pressure resistance test period, so that the top end of the single hydraulic prop is prevented from sliding in the pressure resistance test period; through the arranged stop rod, the single hydraulic prop is prevented from toppling towards an operator in the pressure resistance test period; through the arranged rope tying column, the single hydraulic prop is tied, so that the single hydraulic prop is prevented from toppling left and right in the pressure resistance test period; and the bottom end of the single hydraulic prop is prevented from sliding in the pressure resistance test period through the arranged anti-skidseat.
