Abstract

The invention discloses a cylindrical lithium battery full-tab flattening machine which comprises a rack, a main shaft and the like, and further comprises a battery turntable, a flattening turntable,a pushing assembly, and a plurality of battery clamping stations and flattening assemblies which are circumferentially and uniformly distributed, have the same number and are in one-to-one correspondence. During working, the main shaft drives the battery turntable and the flattening turntable to rotate synchronously, each flattening assembly rotates and revolves around the main shaft, and when thelithium batteries enter a battery clamping station and are driven by the battery turntable to rotate continuously, the flattening assemblies in one-to-one correspondence move to be attached to the end parts of the lithium batteries, rotate to knead all tabs and then move to be separated from the end parts of the lithium batteries; and at the moment, the lithium battery with the flattened full tabs continues to rotate along with the battery turntable until the lithium battery is driven to be separated from the battery clamping station. In the manufacturing process, since the flattening actionof the full tab at the end part of the lithium battery is continuously and automatically finished, the production efficiency is higher, the manufacturing process is simpler and more labor-saving, andthe requirement of an automatic assembly line for producing the lithium battery is better met.
