The automatic stranding and winding device comprises: a rack; a winding main shaft mechanism, which is arranged on the rack and is used for fixing a to-be-wound component and rotating the to-be-wound component; a guide pin movement mechanism, which is arranged on the rack, wherein at least two guide pins are arranged on the guide pin movement mechanism, and the guide pins are used for allowing a wire to pass through, winding the wire on the to-be-wound component when the guide pin movement mechanism moves, and used for being matched with a winding main shaft mechanism to move so as to drive the wire on the guide pins to be stranded and wound on the to-be-wound component; and a wire clamping mechanism, which is arranged on the rack and used for clamping the starting end of the wire when the wire is wound and stranded and clamping the ending end of the wire when the tail wire of the wire is pulled apart. Through cooperation of the winding main shaft mechanism and the guide pin movement mechanism, stranding and winding operation of the to-be-wound component can be achieved at the same time, so stranding and winding operation is automatically conducted on the to-be-wound component, and therefore, the preparation efficiency of the component is improved.
