The oil suspending agent weeding composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75 to 180 parts of solvent oil, 10 to 25 parts of benzobicylon, 1 to 30 parts of quinclorac, 1 to 55 parts of metamifop, 3 to 8 parts of calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1 to 2 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 2 to 5 parts of organic bentonite, 2 to 5 parts of a compound defoaming agent and 2 to 5 parts of propylene glycol.
