Abstract

The system comprises a duct power unit, an upper high-lift airfoil and a lower high-lift airfoil, the duct power set comprises a plurality of duct power units which are arranged in parallel; the end faces of the two sides of the upper high-lift airfoil and the two sides of the lower high-lift airfoil are connected with steering engines installed on the fuselage through connecting rods and located above and below the outer side of an outlet of the duct power set correspondingly, and the rotating angles of the upper high-lift airfoil and the lower high-lift airfoil are controlled through the steering engines.
