Abstract

The invention relates to an energy storage optimization control method considering wind power dispatching and frequency modulation limit, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: establishing a wind storage operation model taking the maximum profit of a wind storage power station as a target in an electricity market environment by utilizing a strategy that an energy storage auxiliary wind power plant tracks a day-ahead dispatching plan and participates in frequency modulation, wherein the wind storage operation model is used for calculating the optimal output for tracking the day-ahead scheduling plan and participating in frequency modulation of the energy storage auxiliary wind power plant. When an energy storage SOE state is normal, the capability of tracking the scheduling plan of the wind power plant can be improved, so that the tracking scheduling plan index is obviously reduced compared with that when no energy storage exists; frequency safety constraint formed by the power grid frequency modulation limit can forcibly store energy to provide frequency modulation power, so that the power grid frequency safety is effectively maintained; and under the condition of considering income of operation cost, energy, frequency modulation and the like, one-day profit of the wind storage power station can reach 188677 yuan, which shows that good economic benefits are achieved by simultaneously using the energy storage for assisting the wind power plant in tracking the scheduling plan and participating in frequency modulation in the electricity market environment.
