The hydraulic system of the winch device comprises a first oil source, two electromagnetic proportional valves, a second oil source, a change-over switch and a third oil source, wherein the first oil source is connected to a pilot control valve and is suitable for being connected to a winch motor through the pilot control valve, a first oil path and a second oil path; the two electromagnetic proportional valves are connected with a pilot part of the pilot control valve and are used for controlling the pilot control valve to reverse; the second oil source is connected to a first valve port of a manual ball valve through a third oil path, and a second valve port of the manual ball valve is connected with a winch brake; the change-over switch is provided with two connection contacts, and the two connection contacts are connected to the two electromagnetic proportional valves respectively; and the third oil source is connected to the two electromagnetic proportional valves, and the first oil path and the second oil path are suitable for switching the mode of connection with the pilot part of the pilot control valve based on the actions of the two connection contacts.
