The construction process comprises the steps of positioning and paying off, trench excavation, pipeline mounting, pipeline positioning, pipeline pressure testing, mounting of the dust cover and a protection cover at the air inlet in the top end of the air inlet pipe, mounting of the fresh air detector and the instrument protection box at one end of the air inlet of the indoor air inlet pipe, and pipeline backfilling.
