The invention relates to a comfortable air conditioner terminal temperature and humidity cooperative control method which comprises the following steps: firstly, determining the increasing and decreasing directions of a cooling capacity load and a dehumidification load which need to be adjusted by an air conditioner terminal based on the deviation between the measured values and the set values of the indoor air temperature and humidity; then, according to a preset air conditioner terminal full-working-condition parameter database, a target operation parameter combination which is high in matching degree with the current operation state parameters and meets the load adjusting requirement is retrieved; the target operation parameter combination serves as a control instruction to be input into an air conditioner terminal system; and finally, a PID feedback control algorithm is adopted to dynamically adjust the chilled water flow of the air conditioner terminal until the indoor air temperature is stabilized at a set control value. By combining intelligent retrieval and PID dynamic adjustment of a full-working-condition database, cooperative matching of indoor temperature precision control and humidity range control of the comfortable air conditioning system is achieved, the thermal comfort requirement is met, energy waste caused by excessive dehumidification is avoided, and the comfort air conditioning system is suitable for being popularized and used.
