The application provides a heterogeneous building air conditioner group rapid response control method based on physical information deep learning, which comprises the following steps: step 1, obtaining real-time discrete step scheduling instructions issued by a power grid, obtaining thermodynamic parameters and equipment inertia time constants of each building unit in a heterogeneous building group, and obtaining outdoor temperature, solar radiation intensity and indoor air temperature of each building unit; step 2, extracting the space-time characteristics of each building unit based on a multi-head self-attention mechanism to generate initial allocation target power of air conditioners; step 3, inputting the initial allocation target power into a pre-trained cascaded physical information neural network (PINN) to predict power and temperature evolution trajectories in a future scheduling period; step 4, calculating the out-of-limit risk index of each unit to determine whether to execute a quantile risk migration strategy to generate final allocation target power of air conditioners; and step 5, calculating the transient climbing deviation between the actual aggregated power and the target power of the power grid and performing deviation compensation.

The invention provides a wall double-unknown thermal parameter inversion method and system based on a physical neural network, and belongs to the technical field of building energy conservation, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining related environment parameters and infrared image data of a to-be-detected wall at an inversion moment; inputting the infrared image data into a convolutional neural network model to obtain temperature field information of the outer wall surface of the to-be-measured wall; setting an initial curve of the temperature of the inner wall surface based on the smooth characteristic and the moderate hysteresis effect of the indoor air temperature, and giving an initial value of a heat conductivity coefficient; jointly constructing a physical neural network model according to a Fourier heat conduction law and inner and outer surface convective heat transfer boundary conditions; and inputting the related environmental parameters and the temperature field information of the outer wall surface into the physical neural network model, and carrying out forward solution to obtain the heat transfer coefficient and the inner wall surface temperature of the to-be-measured wall body. According to the invention, stable and reliable wall heat conductivity coefficient and inner wall surface temperature can be obtained.
