The intermediate heat exchanger is connected to an intermediate refrigerant tube to draw refrigerant discharged from the first-stage compression element into the second-stage compression element, and functions as a cooler of the refrigerant discharged from the first-stage compression element and drawn into the second-stage compression element. The intermediate heat exchanger bypass tube ensures that refrigerant does not flow to the intermediate heat exchanger when a reverse cycle defrosting operation is performed.

When a fuel cell is subjected to cold start andan environment temperature is relatively low, the PTC heating water loop can heat the fuel cell and a passenger compartment at the same time; and when the temperature of the fuel cell is too high, waste heat recovery is performed through the PTC heating water loop, the PTC heating water loop and the PTC heater heat the passenger compartment together, an energy utilization rate of the fuel cell isincreased, and the passenger compartment can be heated while cold start of the fuel cell is guaranteed.
