The circuit comprises a rectification unit, a power factor correction unit, a voltage regulation unit, a micro-processing unit and an isolation switch unit. The rectification unit converts the alternating current signal into a direct current signal; the power factor correction unit is electrically connected with the rectification unit and the micro-processing unit.
