The method specifically comprises the steps: firstly, screening historical riding orders, extracting coordinates of a starting point and coordinates of a termination point, carrying out clustering according to a clustering algorithm, whereinthe center point of each type is regarded as a virtual station of a shared bicycle; then, establishing a weighted undirected graph, and obtaining an optimized site community set with internal self-balance by using a community discovery algorithm; dividing each day into a plurality of time slots; aiming at each virtual site, counting the number of orders which flow out of the site in each day of the same time slot, and calculating an average value as an order demand prediction value of the virtual site; and finally, for the optimized community station set, according to the order demand prediction value of each virtual station in each community at different time slots and the actual vehicle distribution condition, generating and executing a truck moving strategy of each community with the purpose of maximizing the total revenue.
