Problems solved by technology

However, the prior art still has the following disadvantages: 1. The worm ponds to be built have a large amount of engineering and high cost. When the site needs to be relocated due to insufficient raw materials, the appearance of the land needs to be restored, which will indirectly increase the input cost; 2. The bottom construction of ventilation ducts and heat storage pools is a great improvement over traditional methods, but there are still uneven heating of materials and uneven ventilation, and the effects of ventilation and temperature increase are difficult to control.

Embodiment 1

[0045] Embodiment 1 worm bed ventilation and heating system

[0046] see Figure 1-4 , a worm bed ventilation and heating system, including a treatment chamber 1, the interior of the treatment chamber 1 is equidistantly laid with worm beds 2, the worm bed 2 is 1m wide, 0.5m high, and the distance between the worm beds is 1m, and the length depends on the treatment room 1. Depending on the length, the outside of the earthworm bed 2 is provided with a ventilation and heating device 3 .

[0047] Ventilation heating device 3 comprises blower 301, electric heating fan 302, control switch 303, PVC pipe 304, first branch pipe 305, second branch pipe 306, third branch pipe 307 and oxygen-increasing nanotube 308, blower 301 and electric heating fan 302 install respectively On the inner right side of the processing chamber 1, the air inlet end of the blower 301 is arranged opposite to the front end of the electric heating fan 302, so that the design can ensure that the blower 301 can s...

Embodiment 2

[0051] Embodiment 2 A method of utilizing earthworms to process agricultural organic waste in non-open fields

[0052] (1) Selection and preparation of raw materials: The combination of raw materials used in this experiment is: cow dung, chicken manure, soy sauce factory sludge (hereinafter referred to as sludge), and straw, and the actual weight ratio is: 5:2:2:1. According to the total volume of the worm bed, the density of earthworms, and the volume of the fermentation tank, the total physical amount of raw materials for the first fermentation of this test is 70 tons, and the required physical amounts of cow dung, chicken manure, sludge, and rice straw are respectively: 35 tons, 14 tons, 14 tons, 7 tons. Dry and crush the cow dung and chicken manure, cut the straw into about 6cm length, and mix the four raw materials evenly.

[0053] (2) Selection and preparation of microbial agents: The microbial agents used in this test are "enzyme agents" produced by Renyuan Biotechnolo...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for treating agricultural organic wastes in a non-open area by using earthworms. According to the method, proper agricultural organic wastes and microbial agents thereof are selected; a newly designed earthworm bed ventilation and heating system is used to provide a more suitable growth environment for the earthworms, so that the working efficiency of the earthworms is improved; the selected earthworm bed ventilation and heating system can keep the temperature of an earthworm bed in a proper temperature range required by normal growth and reproduction of the earthworms, so that the earthworms can efficiently treat the agricultural organic wastes throughout the year; and various toxic and harmful gases generated in the process of treating the agricultural organic wastes by the earthworms and local high temperature generated in the earthworm bed due to incomplete fermentation in the pretreatment stage of the agricultural organic wastes can be timely discharged, so that the earthworm materials are always in an environment suitable for efficiently treating the agricultural organic wastes by the earthworms. Furthermore, the technical use cost required for improving material bed environment factors such as temperature, oxygen and humidity can be effectively reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural waste treatment, and in particular relates to a method for using earthworms to process agricultural organic waste in a non-open field. Background technique [0002] Agricultural organic waste is combined according to a certain ratio, pretreated by high-temperature aerobic fermentation, and then secondly treated by earthworms, which can realize the reduction and harmlessness of agricultural organic waste without secondary pollution. The product is High value-added vermicompost and earthworms have good application effects in crop planting and poultry and livestock aquaculture. Since the 1980s, Chinese agricultural experts and scholars have carried out relevant research on the environmental factors of the material bed that restrict earthworms from efficiently processing agricultural organic waste, such as temperature, ventilation, and humidity. Breeding, greenhouse hotbed semi-underground pool ...
