Therefore, evaluation indexes are reasonably selected, dimensionality reduction is carried out on the indexes by using a principal component analysis method, and then a higher education health degree evaluation model is established by using a hierarchy analyzing method and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and an higher education system health prediction model is established by using an ARIMA model. The method is used for analyzing the health degree and the sustainable degree of a national higher education system. In addition, examples of the higher education system of the Australian country are cited to measure the health condition of the healthy and sustainable system of the country, and realizable and reasonable willings are put forward to support sustainable and healthy development of the higher education system of Australian, and constructive suggestions are put forward for the higher education system of Australian country.
