Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an image correction method and device. According to the scheme, the method comprises the following steps: sampling pixel points in a calibration image collected by a C-arm machine to obtain a plurality of sampling points; determining distortion displacement of the plurality of sampling points; determining an initial displacement matrix based on the distortion displacement of the multiple sampling points, wherein the value of an element corresponding to each sampling point in the initial displacement matrix is the distortion displacement of the sampling point; on the basis of matrix decomposition, predicting values of elements except for elements corresponding to the sampling points in the initial displacement matrix to obtain a distortion displacement matrix; and correcting a to-be-corrected image acquired by the C-arm machine by using the distortion displacement matrix to obtain a corrected image. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the distortion displacement of each pixel point in the image acquired by the C-arm machine is acquired based on the distortion displacement matrix. By means of the distortion displacement matrix, distortion correction can be efficiently and accurately conducted on images collected by the C-arm machine with complex distortion.
