The baby accompanying lamp comprises a main control module, a microphone pickup module, an LED lamp group module and a power supply module. The microphone pickup module comprises a microphone main body and a coupling circuit and is used for collecting external environment sound; the LED lamp group module comprises a plurality of LED lamps and a driving circuit; the power module supplies power to the whole system; and the main control module adopts a chip with a signal processing unit, an arithmetic unit, a storage unit, a signal output unit and a timing unit. The signal processing unit converts sound analog signals into digital signals, the arithmetic unit extracts comparison data and compares the comparison data with stored baby cry characteristic data, if a similarity threshold value is reached, a lamp turning-on signal is output, timing is started at the same time, and after the set time is reached, the LED lamp is turned off.
