Abstract

The invention discloses a floor determination method and device. According to the method, in the elevator running process, the running direction of an elevator and pulse signals triggered when the elevator passes leveling switches are obtained in real time, and each leveling switch corresponds to one floor where the elevator can stop; for the currently-obtained pulse signals, on the basis of the running direction and a pulse accumulation rule corresponding to different pre-configured running directions, pulse accumulation values corresponding to the pulse signals are obtained; the obtained pulse accumulation values are matched with the floor values of all non-stop floors; and if matching succeeds, the pulse accumulation values are accumulated on the basis of the running direction and the pulse accumulation rule corresponding to the different running directions, a new pulse accumulation value is obtained till matching fails, and the pulse accumulation value failed in matching is determined as the floor value of the current floor where the elevator is located. By means of the method, the floor value of the real floor where the elevator is located can be accurately calculated, and a guarantee is provided for autonomous elevator taking of a robot.
