Abstract

The invention discloses application of an immune colloidal gold test strip for detecting thyroglobulin in preparation of a tool for rapidly detecting a thyroglobulin value of a suspicious lymph node on site in an operation and relates to the technical field of immunoassay. In the application, the immune colloidal gold test strip comprises a sample pad, a gold label pad, a nitrocellulose film and a water absorption pad which are partially spliced on a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) bottom plate in sequence, the gold label pad is coated with a colloidal gold labeled anti-thyroglobulin antibody, and a detection line and a quality control line which are separated are arranged on the nitrocellulose film. The detection line is coated with another anti-thyroglobulin antibody, and the quality control line is coated with goat anti-mouse IgG. The invention further provides application of the immune colloidal gold test strip in preparation of a tool for auxiliary diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma and application of the immune colloidal gold test strip in preparation of a tool for detecting thyroglobulin value in lymph node fine needle puncture suction eluent.
