Abstract

The invention provides a multi-scene robust scheduling method and device for a wind power-containing electric power system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a robust standby scheduling mode and a robust economic scheduling mode of the electric power system; establishing a robust scheduling model based on the robust standby scheduling mode and the robust economic scheduling mode; in a first stage, optimizing unit start and stop in a robust standby scheduling mode; in a second stage, based on the optimization result in the first stage, obtaining the optimal solution of the robust economic dispatching mode under the prediction scene set; establishing a rod scheduling model based on the optimal solution; and performing multi-scene robust scheduling based on the robust scheduling model. Based on the robust standby scheduling mode and the robust economic scheduling mode, the scheduling method comprehensively reflecting the two scheduling modes is established, preparation can be made in advance for a possible wind power scene in the aspect of unit start-stop arrangement, the pressure of peak regulation through emergency start-stop is relieved to a certain extent, and through the robust economic scheduling mode, the economical efficiency of system operation is considered.
