Embodiment approach

[0067] In order to further illustrate the relevant solutions of the present application, a specific implementation is as follows:

[0068] The construction scene mainly includes two parts, the radio frequency identification module and the robot module. The RFID module includes a reader, two RFID antennas and some RFID tags. The model used by the reader is Impinj Speedway R420, the working frequency is 920 to 924MHz, and the RFID antenna model is Laird S9028PCL. The face-to-face deployment distance of two RFID antennas is 240cm, and the height is 70cm, and each RFID antenna is connected to the same reader through a data line. The robot module includes a robot and an RFID tag carried on the robot. The model of the robot is TurtleBot2. Line collision detection is performed by programming the trajectory of the robot, and the actual results are recorded by the camera.

[0069] Let the robot carrying the RFID tag move in the following three different scenarios: straight line, sl...

Abstract

The invention provides a line collision detection method. According to the method, line collision detection is realized based on an RFID technology. The process for realizing the line collision detection based on the RFID technology comprises the following steps of: giving a detection boundary line, wherein at least one end of the detection boundary line is provided with an RFID antenna; the phase of an RFID tag of a target object is read through RFID antennas, a phase-time chart of the RFID tag of the target object in the whole time is obtained, and a phase value on the phase-time chart is the sum of the phases of the RFID tag of the target object read by the RFID antennas; and recognizing an inflection point with the minimum phase value in the phase-time diagram, wherein the timestamp of the inflection point is determined to correspond to the line collision time of the target object. Compared with an existing common line collision detection method such as an infrared sensor, a camera and a virtual wall, the condition that multiple target objects collide with lines at the same time can be effectively detected, and normal line collision and abnormal conditions of the target objects can be recognized.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of intelligent detection systems, in particular to a line collision detection method. Background technique [0002] Line collision detection is the process of detecting whether an object passes a preset boundary line. The line collision detection technology is widely used in warehouse management, item transportation, security alarm and other fields. [0003] Existing common line collision detection methods include the following: infrared sensors, cameras, and virtual walls. The infrared sensor uses the infrared light emitted by the object to identify the object; the camera uses the image processing algorithm to identify the object; the virtual wall is formed by the projection of the plasma laser, which is often used in the field of robotics to identify the object by using the virtual wall. [0004] Although the existing line-collision detection methods have their own advantages, they all have some defects. ...
