Abstract

The invention relates to a parking lock actuator (1) for integration into a vehicle transmission (2), having at least the following components: a locking cam (3) for locking a rotational movement (4) of an associated parking lock gear (5) by means of a form-locking engagement in a tooth space (6) of the associated parking lock gear (5); an actuation means (7) for transmitting an actuation force (8) to the locking cam (3), said actuation means (7) being displaceable between a locked position and an open position; a locking drive (9) for moving the actuation means (7); and an energy accumulator (11) for transmitting the actuation force (8) from the actuation means (7) to the locking cam (3). The parking lock actuator (1) is predominantly characterised in that the actuation means (7) can be moved by the locking drive (9) by means of an intermediate element (12) along a displacement path (10), said intermediate element (12) being freely slidable relative to the locking drive (9) along a predefined intermediate path (13). The proposed parking lock actuator permits a compact construction, so that the parking lock actuator can be integrated into a vehicle transmission with virtually no effect on installation space.
