The low-temperature dilute solution enters a generator to obtain a driving heat source to release heat to generate a high-temperature concentrated solution and refrigerant steam, the high-temperature concentrated solution enters an absorber, and the refrigerant steam enters a condenser. User water enters the absorber to obtain heat of a high-temperature concentrated solution in the absorber, and the temperature is increased. High-temperature drain water in the steam pocket evaporates to generate externally supplied steam and low-temperature drain water, the externally supplied steam is discharged out of the steam pocket, and the low-temperature drain water flows back to the steam pocket via the condenser. Refrigerant steam in the condenser exchanges heat with low-temperature drain water to form refrigerant circulating water, and the refrigerant circulating water enters the evaporator.
