The method comprises the steps that system parameters are acquired; an electric heating comprehensive energy system optimization scheduling model considering the heat storage tank standby benefit and the proposed operation strategy is established, the optimization scheduling model takes the minimum value of the total coal consumption calculated by the heat storage tank from the actual total coal consumption of the system as a target function, and takes the system constraint, the heat supply area constraint and the unit constraint as constraint conditions; and finally, the operation plan of the heat storage tank and each unit and the total coal consumption of the system are calculated by utilizing an optimization solver. Aiming at the electric heating comprehensive energy system comprising pure condensed coal power, heat supply coal power, wind power, photovoltaic power generation and the heat storage tank, the electric heating comprehensive energy system optimization scheduling under the heat supply standby benefit of the heat storage tank is realized.
