The quality monitoring method based on the coating thickness value comprises the following steps that: a coating thickness data set is acquired, wherein the coating thickness data set comprises at least one coating thickness value obtained by measuring the coating thickness of a coating at the same position of the same part of at least one same coated product sequentially coated by the same coating tool through a standard measuring tool; and the coating thickness data set is analysed to determine if operating parameters of the coating tool need to be adjusted. According to the quality monitoring method, system and apparatus based on the coating thickness value and the medium of the embodiment of the invention, the change of the coating thickness value of the coated product can be monitored, and subsequent possible coating defects / non-ideal coating can be predicted based on the analysis of the coating thickness value of the coated product, so that the operating parameters of the coating tool can be adjusted in time to provide more stable and better coating quality.
