Abstract

The invention discloses a retractor for abdominal surgery. The retractor comprises a supporting mechanism, and a retracting mechanism. The supporting mechanism consists of a fixing clamp, supporting columns, a base, an annular supporting frame, a sliding block, and a limiting bolt; and the supporting columns are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the base. The retraction mechanism consists of a supporting seat, a first fixing block, a sliding rod, a rack, a second fixing block, a connecting piece, a drag hook, and a sliding groove; the supporting seat is connected with the outer side wall of the annular supporting frame; and one end of the sliding rod penetrates through the interiors of the first fixing block and the second fixing block, and is connected with the drag hook through the connecting piece. According to the retractor for abdominal surgery, the annular supporting frame is arranged so that a worker can manually rotate the annular supporting frame to adjust the drafting direction of the drag hook; and moreover, the limiting bolt is arranged so that the worker can fix the connecting position of the annular supporting frame and the base by rotating the limiting bolt, thereby facilitating prevention of retracting direction change of the drag hook in the process of wound retracting.
