Abstract

The invention provides an instrument reading method and device of an underground inspection robot and electronic equipment. The method comprises the following steps: performing routing inspection to a target routing inspection position based on a routing inspection instruction, collecting an original underground image, and performing image enhancement to generate a to-be-processed underground image; extracting a contour image and contour points of the to-be-processed underground image, and further obtaining key features of the to-be-processed underground image; on the basis of key feature recognition, comparing feature with an instrument feature database, and if the to-be-processed underground image is an instrument image, recognizing the type of the instrument image; and calling an instrument reading strategy matching the type of the instrument image based on the type of the instrument image, and performing data reading on the instrument image based on the instrument reading strategy to obtain instrument data in the instrument image. When the inspection robot executes the underground inspection task, various instrument images can be recognized, instrument data reading can be completed, the method has universality and high robustness, reading is more accurate, and the inspection efficiency is improved.
