Abstract

A to-be-detected fluorescence sample solution is poured into an air hole of the double-core photonic crystal fiber through a liquid absorption device; one end of the double-core photonic crystal fiber is connected to a spectrometer module, and the other end of the double-core photonic crystal fiber is connected to a laser through a single-mode fiber; a first fiber core in the double-core photonic crystal fiber outputs excitation laser; a second fiber core in the double-core photonic crystal fiber outputs a fluorescence signal; and the fluorescence signal is coupled to a spectrograph module for subsequent analysis.
