The method comprises the following steps: constructing a vehicle depot road BIM three-dimensional model; constructing a whole-engineering deceleration strip work point skeleton by utilizing the road center line space line position in the vehicle depot road three-dimensional model and the road mileage information of the position of the deceleration strip stored in the table; constructing a deceleration strip segment framework according to a whole-engineering deceleration strip work point framework; constructing a deceleration strip segment main body structure three-dimensional model and a deceleration strip segment three-dimensional skeleton coordinate system; and constructing a deceleration strip segment skeleton in the constructed three-dimensional model and coordinate system of the main body structure of the deceleration strip segment, and generating all road deceleration strip BIM models of a project.
