Abstract

The invention discloses an RIS-based intelligent emergency communication system, which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and a base station (BS), and is characterized in that a reconfigurable intelligent surface RIS module is connected between the UAV and the base station (BS); a plurality of passive reflection elements are embedded in the plane of the reconfigurable intelligent surface RIS module and are used for dynamically adjusting the phase and the amplitude of a reflection signal; the reconfigurable intelligent surface RIS module is arranged in a building, a vehicle and an infrastructure; and the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and the base station (BS) are transmitted by adopting an NLoS transmission model or an LoS transmission model. Through seamless connection of RIS, NOMA and emergency communication, intelligence and maximization of a communication coverage range can be realized, so that people in a disaster area can obtain higher-quality services, and channel gain and fairness of emergency users are further improved.
