The data acquisition device comprises a temperature detection device used for collecting the winding temperature of a to-be-tested transformer, a vibration measurement device used for collecting vibration data of the to-be-tested transformer, and a voltage acquisition device used for collecting the operation voltage of the to-be-tested transformer. The controller obtains temperature data transmitted by the temperature detection device, vibration data transmitted by the vibration measurement device and voltage data transmitted by the voltage acquisition device, and instructs the stress applying device to apply corresponding stress to the to-be-tested oil-paper insulation test sample according to the temperature data, the vibration data and the voltage data.
