Abstract

The invention discloses cherry blossom SSR molecular marker primers and application thereof in identification of 20 cherry blossom varieties. The cherry blossom SSR-related molecular marker primers are independently developed from the genome data of the prunus caudatus, amplification and polymorphic screening are performed on the 16 pairs of developed SSR primers, and finally, the primers ZJF01 and ZJF02 are selected to identify 24 varieties. The result proves that the 20 cherry blossom varieties can be distinguished and identified by using the two pairs of primer combinations. Thus, the 20 cherry blossom varieties can be identified by using fewer primer combinations, thereby enriching the types of molecular marker identification of the cherry blossom varieties. The selected primer pairs are fewer, thereby greatly enhancing the identification efficiency.
