The training method comprises the steps of obtaining image features of a to-be-recognized image according to the to-be-recognized image; inputting the image features into a pre-trained image depth estimation model, wherein the pre-trained image depth estimation model is obtained by training sample data including optical flow information, the image features and real depth information; and obtaining depth information of the to-be-identified image output by the pre-trained image depth estimation model. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the flicker degree of the depth estimation result can be reduced through the image depth estimation model obtained by training the sample data including the optical flow information, the image features and the real depth information, and the time domain stability of the depth estimation result is ensured.
