Abstract

The invention discloses a production and preparation process of a light heat-preservation concrete building block in the technical field of concrete building block production. The process comprises the following specific steps that mixed stone is uniformly mixed and transferred to a processing site, and the processability of the mixed stone is maintained; the mixed stone is quantitatively put into a concrete building block pressing device, the concrete building block pressing device is started, the edge of the mixed stone is pressed, and therefore a concrete building block product is pressed and formed; and the demoulded concrete building block is transferred, then the mixed stone continues to be added into the concrete building block pressing device, work is repeated, and continuous work can be conducted. The problems that when existing equipment is used for manufacturing the concrete building block, a pressing manner is usually adopted for one-time pressing and forming, due to the fact that a sand and stone mixed material is adopted as a concrete building block raw material, direct pressing is prone to causing non-tight pressing, and the phenomenon of cracking is prone to occurring during demoulding are solved.
