The self-control sampling mechanism comprises: electric pumps, which are connected with the sampling cavities and used for extracting the water samples and conveying the water samples into the sampling cavities; and a pressure control switch, which is connected with the electric pumps and used for controlling switches of the electric pumps to be started according to the water pressure of different depths of the monitored area and controlling the electric pumps on the different sampling cavities to be independently started and stopped under different water pressure environments so as to extract the water samples at different depths by utilizing the different sampling cavities. The self-control sampling mechanism is arranged on the sampling cavities, so sampling at different depths can be completed, and the water samples are prevented from being polluted.
