The sample analyzerincludes a sample device for bearing a sample, a reagent device for bearing a reagent, a sample adding device for sucking the sample and separately injecting the sample into a reaction cup, a reagent separate injection device for sucking the reagent and separately injecting the reagent into the reaction cup, an incubation device for incubating the reaction cup, a detection device for detection, a cup throwing device for throwing out the reaction cup, and a controller. The controller is electrically connected with the sample device, the reagent device, the sample adding device, the reagent separate injection device, the incubation device, the detection device and the cup throwing device, and is configured to be used for controlling the test completion duration of each test item to be the same, wherein each test item comprises a single-reagent test item and a multi-reagent test item.
