simulation on the scheme, optimizing
resource allocation by adjusting the frequency of the low-risk equipment, and generating an optimized
frequency allocation scheme; and finally, issuing a configuration instruction, confirming an execution state and generating a final reporting mechanism. According to the method, accurate and dynamic
risk assessment and resource adaptive scheduling of the state of the emergency indication board can be realized.
