The transport vehicle comprises a walking vehicle chassis and a traction vehicle head; hydraulic turnover mechanisms are arranged between the two ends of the transporting and launching box and the walking vehicle chassis, and a launching frame is arranged on the launching platform. The transporting and launching box comprises a box body with a lateral opening and a launching platform, and the launching platform is rotationally connected with the interior of the box body by a vertically-arranged rotating stand column. A telescopic push-pull device is arranged between the box body and the rotating stand column, one end of the telescopic push-pull device is hinged to the box body, and the other end of the telescopic push-pull device is hinged to the rotating stand column.
