Abstract

The invention provides use of erianin in preparing an anti-bladder cancer drug for targeted inhibition of AKT activation. The erianin reduces expressions of p-Akt and AKT, up-regulates expressions of cell cycle-related proteins P27 and P21 at the same time, enables a cell cycle to retard at a G1 phase, and thus inhibits proliferation of bladder cancer T24 cells. It is found in tests that erianin has an inhibiting effect on bladder cancer T24 cells and shows good time and concentration dependence, a theoretical basis is provided for further research of action mechanism of the erianin on bladder cancer, a new treatment scheme is provided for treatment of bladder cancer, and a new candidate drug is provided for treatment of bladder cancer.
