Embodiment approach

[0037] 1. Pre-experimental process of UV-B indoor treatment of ginkgo

[0038] (1) Selection of implementation materials

[0039] Select the seedlings of ginkgo biloba that have the same annual growth potential and are robust and free from diseases and insect pests.

[0040] (2) Test treatment

[0041] The experimental materials with the same height and consistent growth were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=40 pots), respectively CK group (control group, no UV-B radiation), L group (low dose group, UV-B radiation intensity was 35 μW / cm 2 ), group H (high dose group, UV-B radiation intensity was 105μW / cm 2 ). The UV-B radiation system is composed of 3 ultraviolet lamp tubes arranged in parallel. The treatment group is located directly below the lamp tubes. By adjusting the hanging height of the lamp tubes, the ultraviolet radiation intensity of the lamp tubes reaching the plant surface can be realized, and the ultraviolet lamps can be adjusted according to the growth of ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a device and method for increasing the flavonoid content of ginkgo leaves by utilizing ultraviolet radiation, the device comprises a cross beam (1), a stand column (2) and a fixed seat (3), the stand column (2) is fixed below the cross beam (1) and on the fixed seat (3), and the cross beam (1) is used for fixing a lamp tube. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting seedling gingko seedlings which are consistent in growth vigor, robust and free of plant diseases and insect pests for later use; (2) measuring radiation doses of different numbers of combined lamp tubes, and determining the number of the used lamp tubes; (3) fixing the device according to the claim 1 in a field, mounting a lamp tube on the cross beam (1), switching on a power supply, performing radiation treatment of different radiation doses on the gingko seedlings under the lamp tube, and keeping the radiation intensity unchanged in the process; (4) carrying out sampling; and (5) measuring the content of flavonoid.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device and a method for flavonoid content of ginkgo leaves, in particular to a device and method for increasing the flavonoid content of ginkgo leaves by using ultraviolet radiation. Background technique [0002] Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo biloba L.) is a deciduous tree of the genus Ginkgo in the Ginkgo family, a relic plant of the Quaternary glacier, known as a "living fossil", and a rare gymnosperm. As the raw material of Ginkgo biloba extract, Ginkgo biloba contains flavonoids and other medicinal ingredients, which have high-efficiency antioxidant and free radical scavenging capabilities, and play an important role in the treatment of human cardiovascular diseases. Ginkgo germplasm resources generally have low flavonoid content, which leads to the substandard Ginkgo leaf extract and hinders the development of the leaf ginkgo industry. Studies have found that plants will respond positively to moderate UV-B radiation, increasing...
