The device comprises a shell, a storage module and a taking module which are fixed in the shell, and a control module fixed on the outer surface of the shell. The storage module is divided into a solid storage unit and a liquid storage unit, and the taking module is divided into a solid taking module and a liquid taking module. The control module inputs a taking instruction to the device based on two modes of voice and keys, and controls the taking module to take a certain amount of specified seasonings from the storage module according to the instruction. According to the solid storage module, a funnel is additionally arranged at an opening of a storage tank, so that the falling path of solid seasonings is relatively fixed, the situation that the seasonings fly is avoided, and meanwhile the size of a solid taking box is reduced. A voice control system is adopted, so that the intelligence and automation degree of the device is increased.
