Embodiment 1

[0047] This example is based on the results of targeted metabolomics detection of eicosanoids in testis tissue in the NOA model group induced by busulfan and the Omega-3 administration group. Significantly elevated in tissues, such as figure 1 and 2 As shown, the recovery potential of Omega-3 administered NOA mice to spermatogenesis disorder was further verified.

[0048] The specific verification steps are as follows:

[0049] 1. Selection of experimental materials:

[0050] B6 common mice, male, weighing 20-25 g, 5 weeks old, SPF grade were selected as animals; Omega-3 was selected from Chengdu Guowei Biomedical Co., Ltd.

[0051] 2. Raising conditions for mice:

[0052] All mice were free to forage for food and drink water, and were reared at a room temperature of 25±2°C and a relative humidity of 40%-70%; light and dark alternated for 12 hours, and the experiment began after the mice were adaptively fed for one week.

[0053] 3. Mouse grouping and model setting:

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel application of Omega-3 or pharmaceutically acceptable fatty acid thereof, and the novel application comprises an application of Omega-3 or pharmaceutically acceptable fatty acid thereof in preparation of a medicine for treating NOA. Through eicosanoic acid targeted metabonomics, it is screened that DHA and EPA in testicular tissue of a polyunsaturated fatty acid Omega-3 gavage male mouse are obviously up-regulated. Experiments prove that Omega-3 is injected into the stomach of a busulfan-induced NOA mouse, the thickness and integrity of testis recovery spermatogenic epithelium and the concentration of epididymis tail sperms can be observed, and meanwhile, proliferation and differentiation of spermatogonium and expression of supporting cell paracrine factors are promoted, so that the Omega-3 can be used as a new target for improving the NOA mouse testis spermatogenic dysfunction; a novel method is provided for treating the non-obstructive azoospermia.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biomedicine, and specifically relates to the application of polyunsaturated fatty acid Omega-3 or its pharmaceutically acceptable fatty acid in improving spermatogenesis disorder. Background technique [0002] Male infertility has become an important issue in human health. Globally, more than 10% of couples are infertile, and male factor accounts for half of infertility. The most common cause of male infertility is primary testicular dysfunction, usually characterized by abnormal spermatogenesis, clinically manifested as non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA). [0003] Spermatogenesis is the precise process by which spermatogonia produce sperm cells through the stages of mitosis, meiosis, spermatogenesis, and sperm release. Spermatogenesis is regulated by a unique testicular microenvironment composed of Sertoli cells, stromal cells, peritubular myoid cells and their secretory bodies, including bone morphogenetic prote...
