Abstract

The invention discloses application of high expression of lncRNA to inhibition of aging of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells. Clinical development and application of the MSCs, including UC-MSCs, cultured in vitro are restricted by the characteristic that the MSCs are prone to aging. D-galactose induction is a classical method for constructing an in-vitro senescence cell model. Research results of the invention show that UC-MSCs with high expression of lncRNA-1708 have relatively strong anti-aging activity, and also have strong in vitro proliferation activity at the same time. Therefore, the human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells can be cultured in vitro by a method for improving the expression level of the lncRNA-1708 so as to inhibit the aging of the human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells.
