According to the invention, the sender encrypts and sends out the data to be transmitted according to the specific time interval value, the data stream serving as interference is added in the data, and the receiver picks effective data from the data stream according to the time interval value serving as a password to realize decryption operation, so that the encryption transmission process of the data is completed. The method has low requirements on software and hardware, is low in cost, and can be conveniently combined with existing transmission equipment for upgrading; the application parameters can be adjusted according to reality, and the application scene is wide.
