The invention discloses a
zinc oxide composite material modified by phthalocyanines
copper, a producing method and a function of the
zinc oxide composite material modified by phthalocyanines
copper. Materials are
zinc oxide porous micron blocks with surfaces modified by the phthalocyanines
copper, the specific surface area is 8-9<2> / g, the length of each porous micron block is 5-10 mu m, the height of each porous micron block is 10-20 mu m, and the
diameter of a pore in each porous micron block is 20-70 nm. The method is that firstly a zinc
chloride solution is dropwise added in a stirred
oxalic acid saturated solution so as to obtain white precipitate, and the white precipitate is repeatedly washed by water and ethylalcohol in sequence and is dried so as to obtain a zinc
oxalate dihydrate precursor; then the zinc
oxalate dihydrate precursor is baked so as to obtain porous zinc oxide micron
powder; thirdly the phthalocyanines copper,
acetylacetone and the ethylalcohol are mutually mixed so as to obtain
steeping liquor, and the porous zinc oxide micron
powder is placed in the stirred
steeping liquor for at least 5 hours and is filtered, washed and dried, so that a target product is produced. The zinc
oxide composite material modified by phthalocyanines copper is used for detecting an
organic matter which is stable in performance but has the
electron-withdrawing performance.
