The invention provides a multi-channel composite connection monitoring pipeline structure integrated with NO infusion. The multi-channel composite connection monitoring pipeline structure comprises an
infusion catheter, an
oxygen input connector, a rotary conversion connector, an NO injection tee joint, a gas sampling tee joint, an
oxygen flow sensor and a
mixed gas flow sensor. NO is injected into the
infusion catheter through the NO injection tee joint and is mixed with
oxygen in the
infusion catheter, the gas sampling tee joint is located on the downstream of the first connecting
pipe of the infusion
catheter to obtain stable
mixed gas for real-time concentration monitoring, and the two flow sensors are used for monitoring the oxygen and the gas flow after the NO and the oxygen are mixed in real time respectively. The rotary adapter is quickly compatible with a
nasal catheter, a
mask and an
extracorporeal circulation related interface, so that cross-scene seamless connection of intraoperative and postoperative NO treatment is realized. According to the invention, the frequency of pipeline replacement is reduced, the risks of gas leakage, misconnection and
pollution are reduced, the stability and
controllability of oxygen and NO gas delivery are improved, and the safety and effectiveness of NO infusion are improved.
