The device comprises a data acquisition module, an air compressor, a control module and a test module, the test module is respectively connected with the air compressor and the filter element filter membrane to be tested; the air compressor is used for compressing air to obtain compressed gas and conveying the compressed gas to the testing module; the test module outputs first pressure gas to the to-be-tested filter element filter membrane based on the compressed gas; the data acquisition module acquires a first pressure change value of the first pressure gas within a first set time; and the control module obtains a diffusion flow velocity according to the first pressure change value, and obtains a test result of the filter element filter membrane to be tested based on the diffusion flow velocity.
