By analyzing the space-time matching characteristics of the parking demand and the supplied parking space and by taking the minimum number of times of moving the unmanned vehicle to meet the parking demand as an optimization target, a feasible solution and a neighborhood of the feasible solution are defined, and a targeted simulated annealing algorithm is designed to solve the problem.
