The mounting base module can improve waterproofness without enlarging the size of the mounting base module. A mount module to which a lens barrel having a claw may be mounted includes a base member, a fixed mount member, a movable member, a movable claw, a first sealing member, and a second sealing member. The fixed mount member has a first mount surface abutting a second mount surface of the lens barrel. The movable member is disposed between the fixed mount member and the base member so as to be rotatable about an optical axis. The movable claw is engaged with the claw of the lens barrel and moves in the optical axis direction in conjunction with rotation of the movable member. The first seal member is disposed between the movable member and the fixed mount member. The second seal member is disposed between the movable member and the base member.
