Abstract

The mutation detection device comprises: a memory for storing neural network implementation software; and a processor for operating the software and detecting mutations, the processor for generating first genomic data extracted from detected target cells and second genomic data extracted from normal cells, preprocessing the first genomic data and the second genomic data to thereby extract image data, and processing the image data by means of a neural network to obtain an image. According to the present invention, based on the image data, the mutation of the detection target cell is detected, and the neural network can correct the false positive occurring on the sequencing platform through learning.

Description

technical field [0001] The present disclosure relates to a mutation detection method and a device for implementing the method. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a device and method for mutation detection using a neural network, which can reduce sequencing platform-specific errors through learning. Background technique [0002] Next generation sequencing (NGS, next generation sequencing) refers to the method of dividing DNA into multiple fragments and performing parallel sequencing. Different from traditional first-generation sequencing (Sanger sequencing), next-generation sequencing can analyze multiple DNA fragments at the same time, so it is more advantageous in terms of analysis time, analysis cost and analysis accuracy. [0003] figure 1 A graph 100 comparing next generation sequencing 110 and first generation sequencing 120 is shown. As shown in graph 100 , next generation sequencing 110 outperforms first generation sequencing 120 . In addition, as...
