The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a three-dimensional coordinate of a detector pixel unit, and calculating cosine correction data according to the three-dimensional coordinate of the detector pixel unit and a focus coordinate of a ray emission device; determining to-be-corrected response data of the detector, and correcting the to-be-corrected response data by using the cosine correction data to obtain target data; and determining a correction coefficient corresponding to the detector pixel unit according to the target data, and correcting the response data of the to-be-detected object according to the correction coefficient. By adopting the method, the effect of correcting the response non-uniformity of the pixel units of the detector can be improved.
